Shipping, Order Processing, and Returns – LipoVive

Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for your LipoVive order to be processed before shipping. Orders placed during holidays may experience additional delays. If invalid or incomplete information is provided (such as incorrect payment or shipping details), processing may be delayed an additional 3–5 business days.

All shipping addresses are verified through the USPS for domestic orders. International orders may require additional processing and shipping time. Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method. Estimated transit times do not include weekends or holidays. LipoVive is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are not the responsibility of LipoVive. UPS is our primary carrier. For any issues with shipping, please contact contact@lipovive.com.

International shipping may take 4–6 weeks in rare cases, or up to 8–12 weeks depending on customs clearance. Additional fees may apply for remote locations.

Canceling an Order
Orders are processed immediately due to high demand. You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible. If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the package for a refund.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. LipoVive cannot guarantee address changes after an order is processed. If a package is sent to the wrong address, refunds or reshipping will only occur if the package is returned.

Delivery Confirmation
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly. LipoVive cannot issue refunds for items confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
To request a refund, all bottles—including empty, full, partially full, or bonus bottles—must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase. Include a printed note with:

  • Order ID
  • Full name and shipping address
  • Email and phone number
  • Original packing slip (if available)

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued 3–5 business days after the return is received and processed.
